Who Are You? And Why Are You Here? This Video Will Change Your Life!!!

January 5, 2016 By Sheep Media

Julie Telgenhoff| Who are you? Do you truly know who you are; what makes you, you? Why do you think YOU incarnated onto the planet earth? Have these questions ever entered your mind? Do you think it’s “normal” to even entertain these types of questions?

What is considered “normal” to you? What does being “normal” mean to you? What “normal” resonates with you? Is it getting up in the early morning, getting the kids ready for school, dropping them off while you go to work, coming home, making the family dinner, pressuring your kids to get their homework done, watching TV, going to bed then repeating this cycle each day until that precious weekend comes? And during those two days off from work, the expensive, mortgaged home and/or items purchased for pleasure get cleaned so these items can then be enjoyed and the game of entertainment and consumerism commences before we repeat that same cycle the following week; over and over again.

Ellen-Goodman-Work-to-Pay-to-Work

Do you like being in nature, enjoy gardening, like to cook, have a passion for the arts, love being by the ocean or having one on one conversations with those you care for? Or do you enjoy the way the world is now and also like having the ability to not be in the company of others, but still have the access and contact with people via text messaging and social media? Which one do you believe is considered “normal” in today’s world?

Would you like to be creative and use that creativity to make something you enjoy and believe others would enjoy and benefit from and find a need for it? Would you enjoy then being able to forget about the college debt scam dream and be able to turn that creation into a small business opportunity? Do you believe that skipping college is considered “normal” or not? Do you believe that being an apprentice for some company that you would enjoy learning about is considered “normal” in today’s world? Do you believe that being an apprentice for that said company could benefit you so that you could then eventually take what you learned and then be able to create and run your own business? Or do you believe this is beyond your capabilities and/or not considered “normal”?

Screen Shot 2016-01-05 at 11.15.55 AM

This amazing video serves as a reminder for many of us whose true dreams and desires have been disregarded or suppressed in order to fit in to some predetermined “normalcy” that we were innocently born into. In truth, so very many humans have no idea that the world does not have to be the way it is if we don’t fit into some established “normal” crowd.

It’s time for a great “paradigm shift” that also includes a shift in our consciousness. Did you know that YOU have the POWER to create that change IF you want a different definition of what is considered  “normal” in this world?

Everything ever created started out with a thought. I believe that if we give ourselves the time to slow down and connect with nature, then use our great gift of imagination that we possessed as children to which we always came up with things that we dreamed could come true, that we can then take those imagined thoughts/ideas and put them into ACTION.

Check out this video and let us know what you think! And remember, you are the choices you choose to make, but only if you know who you are and believe in yourself. Thanks.

The True Reason behind the 40-Hour Work Week and Why We Are Economic Slaves

December 10, 2015 By Sheep Media

508560-4af4bebcc7f75ab970093431df576286

Anon HQ|  Economic slavery, or wage slavery, refers to one’s total and immediate dependence on wages to survive. Although people throughout history have had to work to get by, we now live in a culture where we are led to believe we have economic freedom, when unbeknownst to most citizens, we are in fact bound in servitude.

We automatically accept a 40-hour workweek with meager hourly pay as normal, even though many work overtime and still struggle to survive. There are also those who make enough to live comfortably but are unable to request less hours—you either work 40 hours a week, or you don’t get to work at all. We submit when told what to wear, when we have to arrive and depart, when we’re allowed to eat, and even when we’re allowed to use the restroom. How is it we have come to allow this?

The 40-hour-work week came about during the Industrial Revolution in Britain when at one point workers were putting in 10 to 16 hour days and began to protest. Working situations for Americans began to worsen as well, and by 1836, labor movement publications were also calling for a 40-hour workweek. Citizens in both situations were so overworked, an eight-hour day was easily accepted. This system is unnecessary now, if it ever was, but we still accept it due to the effects of our capitalist society.

There are many contributing factors that have led to our current economic system and continued acceptance of the 40-hour workweek, three major factors being consumerism, inflation, and debt. First, it’s important to understand exactly what inflation is, how it works, and how it leads to debt.

Inflation:

To put inflation simply, let’s say the U.S. government needs money for whatever war they’ve decided to wage this year. They ask the Federal Reserve for a loan, and the Fed agrees to buy bonds (sort of like IOU’s) from the government in the amount of the requested loan. The U.S. government then prints up a bunch of pieces of paper that say “Treasury Bond” while at the same time, the Federal Reserve prints up a bunch of little pieces of paper that we know as money. A trade is made between the government and the Federal Reserve—the bonds for the money—and the U.S. government directly deposits this newly printed money in a different bank, which in turn, takes its cut in fees and interest. Voilà, money has been created out of thin air.

Although this process takes place electronically now (only 3% of money is in physical form, the other 97% exists in computers) the problem either way is that it depletes the worth of the dollar. At one point in time, currency was worth gold. That was what gave money its value, but now the value of money is trusted to the Federal Reserve who has no moral objections to reducing that value by printing more money (basically legal counterfeit). For the cost of printing, the Federal Reserve creates money that the U.S. government has promised to pay back—money that didn’t even exist in the first place.

It works like this with private bank loans to citizens as well. Each time a transaction of this sort happens, it reduces the value of actual currency, and thus we have inflation. One dollar in 1913 required $21.60 in 2007 to match its value. That’s a 96% devaluation since the Federal Reserve came into existence. How does this lead to economic slavery? By the debt inflation has caused.

Inf Gra 2

Debt:

Since money is created through loans, that means it’s created through debt. Money equals debt, and debt equals money. So the more money there is, the more debt there is, and vice versa. What this means is, if somehow the government and every citizen in debt were able to pay back those loans, there would not be a single dollar in circulation.

Interest plays an important role in this equation as well. When you take out a loan and the bank gives you money that technically doesn’t exist, they also expect you to pay additional interest with it. If the money loaned is coming from the Federal Reserve, where is the money for the interest supposed to come from?

The answer is nowhere.

That means no matter what, the nation will never be able to get out of debt, and that is exactly the purpose of this meticulously orchestrated system. Like a toss of the coin, somebody somewhere will always go bankrupt to make up for the interest that is being paid with even more debt. And so, as the nation sinks further in the hole while the cost of living increases, surviving in the economy becomes more difficult. This desperation to survive, coupled with the fact that we were born into this system, is ultimately what causes us to accept the 40-hour workweek without a moment’s thought.

So now we understand the element that forces us to accept our predicament, but how does the 40-hour workweek benefit banks and corporations? After all, studies show that the average office worker gets less than three hours worth of work done in an 8-hour work shift, and according to reports, US corporate profits are soaring while wages are declining. Bureau of Labor Statistics figures show that productivity has increased at a 2.3 percent annual rate in the third quarter, while hourly pay only increased 1.3 percent in the third quarter, and this has been the basic pattern for some time—it adds up after a while. Corporate profits are at their highest level in at least 85 years, so why aren’t we being paid more, working less, and providing additional jobs to those who need them? This brings us to consumerism.

Consumerism:

Consumerism is defined by the Merriam-Webster dictionary as: the belief that it is good for people to spend a lot of money on goods and services. At one point in time this belief may have rang true, but with the current capitalist system and cost of living, consumerism has begun to have negative effects on our society, especially when you take inflation and the increasing debt into consideration. The more we buy, the more we feed the corporations and banks who are in turn pushing us into economic slavery.

Since the 1800’s and the Industrial Revolution, “consumers” have been spending increasing amounts of money on frivolous purchases. This over-indulgence has been nurtured and fed by the corporations using commercialism (the attitude or actions of people who are influenced too strongly by the desire to earn money or buy goods rather than by other values—Merriam-Webster) as a tool. Psychological insinuations have been planted into society’s subconscious for generations through consumer advertisements which have ultimately led to certain habits and beliefs. Some examples are:

“Buy now pay later” – The General Motors Acceptance Corporation (GMAC) started this mindset when it was established in 1919 and began to promote giving loans to people who bought cars. Americans eventually started to use the new credit plans on just about everything.

“Keeping up with the Joneses” – Commonly thought to be the beginning of the American consumer culture, this mindset began when GM introduced the yearly automobile model change. People wanted to have the latest model each year, and soon this idea spread out. Most of us, whether we want to admit it or not, are familiar with this mentality. Rather than keeping our old toaster that works perfectly fine, we want the new retro-style stainless steel model because it looks swanky sitting on our kitchen counter.

“1929-1945 Depression and War” – Soon after The Depression came WWII, during which advertisers promised products to be available when there was peace. As a result, customers (consumers) were eager to take up spending immediately after the war was over.

“Peace” – When the war ended, consumer optimism and economic growth accompanied victory.

“Charge it!” – Credit cards were first promoted through the Diners Club—a charge card company that services affluent and well-travelled individuals from around the world. Other companies followed suit and started advertising credit cards as a “time-saving device” rather than a way to spend money that wasn’t actually there.

bigger-is-better

“Bigger is better” – During the 1970’s, companies began to send credit cards out by the masses to those who had not requested them. While Americans had already been developing the idea that “bigger is better”, the credit card boom ended up exploiting that idea. Now people had the means to obtain extravagant items they couldn’t before, even though it put many in colossal debt. Congress soon had to regulate the credit card boom, and ban sending cards to those who never requested them in the first place.

Companies in all kinds of industries hold a huge stake in the public’s penchant to be careless with their money, and they encourage this habit of casual or non-essential spending when they can. For example, in the documentary The Corporation, a marketing psychologist discussed a method she used to increase sales that involved encouraging children to nag their parents to buy toys. Studies showed that 20% to 40% of purchases of this sort resulted after children nagged their parents.

“You can manipulate consumers into wanting, and therefore buying, your products. It’s a game.” Lucy Hughes, co-creator of “The Nag Factor”.

The 40-hour workweek is the ultimate tool for corporations to sustain this culture of over-indulgent spending. Under our current working conditions, people are forced to build a life in the evenings and their days-off. We find ourselves more inclined to spend heavily on entertainment and conveniences because we rarely have any free time. When we do have time to ourselves, it’s usually fleeting, and we eventually find ourselves neglecting those activities which are free—walking, exercising, reading, meditating, sports, hobbies, etc.—because they take too much time.

While having extra money comes at the sacrifice of personal time for some, for others they not only are robbed of their personal freedom, but they struggle to make ends meet on top of it. The “perfect” consumer works full-time, earns a fair amount of money, indulges during their free time, and somehow just makes it by each month. However, even those who don’t earn fair wages sometimes find themselves wasting small increments of money on unnecessary items for the wrong reasons—a cup of Starbucks here, a McDonald’s cheeseburger there, and those really cool fuzzy dice hanging from the rear-view of your 1993 Honda Civic.

Any way you look at it, we have become an unhappy, mindless, over-worked society. We buy silly items for a few moments of happiness before getting bored and moving on. We feel a need to keep up with fads, or to fulfill our childhood vision of what adulthood would be like. We hide our insecurities, avoid issues, and replace psychological needs with material items. By keeping society’s free time scarce, people will pay more for convenience, gratification, and any other relief they can buy.

Keeping America unhealthy has become extremely profitable for big-business, and so far their efforts have paid-off beautifully. Our society has been transformed into an industry fueled by economic slavery, and consumerism is a key factor in this corrupt system—one the people have direct influence over. Consumers are the only ones who can stop consuming.

DISTURBING Cartoon: Are You Just A Slave To The System Leading Us To Total Dehumanization?

April 28, 2015 By Sheep Media

Amanda Froelich

This short-film shows how the modern-day world has become more FOCUSED upon ‘THINGS’ rather than ‘PEOPLE’, and in effect allowed an extreme amount of dehumanization to become norm.
In this sobering cartoon, the world of work in our society is addressed.

With zero commentary, it is shown how people live day-to-day stuck in their formed habits and routines, using each other to accomplish tasks like mechanical functions. (very disturbing)

People become ‘THINGS’, such as support for clothes, a taxi, or a signal for traffic.

The film features a cartoon man’s daily routine as he goes to his place of employment.

He wakes up, shaves, grabs his sweater, and crosses the city. When he arrives at his workplace to begin his job, he – and all other workers – seem far from enlightened and inspired to participate in their duties.

And as such, as soon as the man reaches his workspace, he lays down flat and begins to function as a doormat for people to trample upon.

ScreenShot4

What is this cartoon seeking to convey?

That in our modern-day world where people are more focused upon ‘THINGS’ rather than ‘PEOPLE’, an extreme amount of dehumanization has become norm. In order to obtain dominion over others, individuals have isolated themselves from their peers, perceiving them to be inanimate objects. In doing so, they have in effect alienated themselves from their own human condition.

Obviously the video may be interpreted in a variety of ways, but this author believes it is imperative to take from the haunting film the lesson to re-align ourselves with the world we live in, as well as those we share it with.

You are NOT meant to be a SLAVE to the SYSTEM!!!

Working a 9-5 day job you hate, to fuel a capitalist society which contributes to global degeneration through unsustainable habits, to pay off a list of debts accumulated to sustain such lifestyle, to live in isolation use others to ‘get ahead’ is opposite of what the human spirit craves.

SHOCKING PHOTOS: America’s Supply Chain Is In Shutdown: “Could Derail The Economy Completely”

February 16, 2015 By Sheep Media

Mac Slavo

A massive shutdown of America’s supply chain is now in progress because of a labor dispute between dockworkers and their employers.

The average dock worker, according to Zero Hedge, makes about $145,000 per year plus some $80,000 per year in benefits, but apparently their overtime pay is insufficient, which has led to widespread strikes at the nation’s busiest ports in Los Angeles and Long Beach.

ports-teaser-3_0

The ports are now being partially shut down for at least the next four days, but the months-long dispute has already led to hundreds of container ships and tractor-trailers being left in limbo (see pictures below).

Though the strike has been off the radar for most, analysts suggest that the dispute is so severe that it could lead to widespread shortages of imported goods and mass layoffs in periphery industries, especially retail chains which will have limited amounts of goods to sell until a resolution is found.

The Retail Industry Leaders Association who, realizing that failure to reach an agreement between the dockworker union and their bosses, the Pacific Maritime Association representing port management would lead to devastating consequences for the US retail industry, had several very damning soundbites:

  • “a work slowdown during contract negotiations over the past seven months has already created logistic nightmares for American exporters, manufacturers and retailers dependent on an efficient supply chain. A complete shutdown would be catastrophic, with hundreds of thousands of jobs at risk if America’s supply chain grinds to a halt.“
  • “A west coast port shutdown would be an economic disaster.”
  • “A shutdown would not only impact the hundreds of thousands of jobs working directly in America’s transportation supply chain, but the reality is the entire economy would be impacted as exports sit on docks and imports sit in the harbor waiting for manufacturers to build products and retailers to stock shelves.”

And the punchline:

“The slowdown is already making life difficult, but a shutdown could derail the economy completely.“

Full analysis

The situation, according to the Retail Industry Leaders Association, is dire:

“A work slowdown during contract negotiations over the past seven months has already created logistic nightmares for American exporters, manufacturers and retailers dependent on an efficient supply chain. A complete shutdown would be catastrophic, with hundreds of thousands of jobs at risk if America’s supply chain grinds to a halt.”

The shutdown is a sight to behold. Hundreds of transport ships with thousands of containers of cargo are not being allowed into ports to unload their goods.

Cargoes from around the world are backed up as evidenced by the following aerial photos from Mike Kelley:

It was one of the most exciting experiences I’ve had doing aerial photography – being that far out at sea, with the huge swells underneath you, and these massive, massive container ships everywhere was like living a scene out of Walter Mitty’s life.

The labor union and employ1ers will eventually come to an agreement, perhaps with Presidential involvement, but a prolonged strike will, as noted above, have a disastrous impact on the economy.

We’re written before about what life will look like in the event of a transportation shutdown in Just In Time: When The Trucks Stop, America Stops. As we noted then, a transportation shutdown can lead to nearly immediate and catastrophic consequences.

It appears that this is what is happening now and the effects on a consumer-based economy could be devastating across the board.

We’ve often recommended to readers that they stock up on emergency supplies simply because sometimes unplanned events happen. The current port shutdown is a limited event, but given that even this could lead to serious economic problems and job losses, it’s not a stretch of the imagination to suggest that in a real emergency the shutdown of transportation systems on a national level would lead to a total breakdown and panic within days, perhaps even a few hours.

The reality is that 99% of Americans are not prepared for a sustained shutdown of transportation systems and supply lines. There would be no food or gas to be had.

As The Prepper’s Blueprint author Tess Pennington highlights in Anatomy of a Breakdown, once peaceful streets and neighborhoods would quickly be besieged by looters looking for resources.

When the needs of the population cannot be met in an allotted time frame, a phenomena occurs and the mindset shifts in people. They begin to act without thinking and respond to changes in their environment in an emotionally-based manner, thus leading to chaos, instability and a breakdown in our social paradigm.

It is for these unforeseen circumstances that we urge Americans to prepare for the worst.

The last thing you want to be doing is looking for food and other essential supplies after a supply shutdown has occurred.

U.S. Retail Sales Post Largest Decline In 11 Months

January 15, 2015 By Sheep Media

And there you have it; the numbers every mainstream talking head was waiting for, and they vastly disappoint, just as predicted. The past Christmas season was dismal for retail sales, indicating a steep decline in demand for goods and warning the markets that America is indeed in the midst of a major downturn.

2015-01-14t141711z320145790gm1eacr0r9y01rtrmadp3usa-economy-retail

Mainstream economists are attempting to put spin on these negative indicators, claiming that the decline “must be temporary” because “employment” and “low gas prices” will surely offset low consumer demand.

The reality is that oil consumption has been dropping since 2008, and the Fed was propping up prices artificially through fiat printing of the dollar.

Note that gas prices began falling right after the Taper of QE was finalized. THAT is why gas prices are dropping; because the global financial situation is becoming worse, and the psychological safety blanket of Fed stimulus has been removed. And, as we all know, mainstream employment numbers are utter garbage, with 92 million people knocked off the unemployment rolls. – Brandon Smith

(Reuters) U.S. retail sales recorded their largest decline in 11 months in December as demand fell almost across the board, tempering expectations for a sharp acceleration in consumer spending in the fourth quarter.

The Commerce Department said on Wednesday retail sales fell 0.9 percent last month after a 0.4 percent increase in November.

It was the biggest decline since last January and exceeded economists’ expectations for only a 0.1 percent drop and implied a slower pace of consumer spending at the end of 2014.

Still, economists saw the decline as temporary, citing a strengthening labor market and lower gasoline prices.

“This isn’t the start of a collapse in activity as that doesn’t fit with the strength of employment growth and consumer confidence. Retail sales will strengthen again before too long,” said Paul Diggle, an economist at Capital Economics in London.

Economists at BNP Paribas in New York blamed the decline on difficulties adjusting the numbers for seasonal fluctuations in December because of volatility in holiday spending.

Where Stuff Goes Seized By TSA & Where To Buy Those Confiscated Items!

January 3, 2015 By Sheep Media

Every year, 425 pounds of your stuff ends up in the TSA’s hands. So what do they do with all of it?

Some items include nun chucks, a marble rolling pin, a spear.

A TSA official says the majority of items taken are knives.

capture-20131210-140829-crop

After watching this brief video, find out where to buy items confiscated by the TSA below:

Where to buy items confiscated by the TSA

The TSA doesn’t just throw out the items confiscated at security checkpoints. Some are donated to non-profit organizations, most metal is recycled as scrap, and alcohol used to be binned. Well, until the cleaners started turning up drunk at the job, when they had to start disposing of the liquid gold more properly…

However, much of the loot confiscated items are actually sold online by the individual states via TSA auctions.

Buying the confiscated goods either from the TSA or individual states is done in auctions 90% of the time. Some confiscated items are put up directly for sale though, and you can find it on the websites for direct purchase. The state surplus auctions are held regularly, and if you’re planning to show up for it, it’s definitely best to check if you have to register beforehand. Several states require this.

Most states combine auctions for TSA confiscated goods, state surplus, and goods confiscated by law enforcement, which means not only can you get cheap Leathermans, but you may also be able to pick up a car.

Black Friday 2014 Compilation: Chaos, Fights & Madness from the Propagated Sheeple [Video]

November 28, 2014 By Sheep Media

A hundred years ago, the idea of a ‘consumer’ did not exist. Individuals were described by both the powers that be, and themselves as workers, producers, owners, renters…and most importantly as citizens.

During the first half of the 20th century, modifiers became subordinate to that of ‘consumer’. This change was brought about in part to turbulence of history, social upheavals, paradigmatic shifts etc. Yet all these factors were merely tools and opportunities for one man; Edward Bernays – the man who single-handedly engineered this new order – and who everyone seems to have forgotten.

One of the leading influences in the first half of the 20th century, was Sigmund Freud, who as part of his creation of psycho-analysis posited the existence of innate urges and forces within the human psyche. Freud believed these impulses, although part of the unconscious mind, influenced our behaviour and operated independently of reason. Following the outbreak of WWI, Freud became increasingly pessimistic concerning human nature, viewing the horrors of the war as evidence that these forces had been unshackled.

During this time, Freud’s American nephew, Edward Bernays was working in New York as a press agent. When America joined the Allied war effort in 1917, Bernays was hired by the newly created Committee on Public Information, to promote America’s war aims and efforts in the press.

Bernays was highly skilled at promoting Woodrow Wilson’s ideals of democracy and self-determination, so much so that Bernays accompanied the President to the Paris Peace Accords in 1919. Bernay’s efforts helped create the image of Wilson as a liberator, with European crowds feting the President. “Make the world safe for democracy”, that was the slogan according to Bernays, who began to wonder whether similar methods at mass suggestion could be applied during peacetime.

BvCC4WMIIAA45AC.jpg-largeDue to the negative connotation surrounding ‘propaganda’, Bernays simply created the Council on Public Relations – and the PR industry was born. Bernays set up the first public relations office in New York, and began to read his uncle’s works. He became convinced of the validity of Freud’s thinking, and was the main driving force behind the widespread publication and mainstream acceptance of Freud’s works in America.

Bernays realized that one needed to play to people’s unconscious forces, and that traditional marketing methods were insufficient.

One of Bernays’ first clients was George Hill, the president of the American Tobacco Corporation. Hill wanted Bernays to find a way to get women to smoke, since social taboos existed at the time discouraging women from doing so.

Bernays consulted A.A. Brill, a psychoanalyst who determined that cigarettes were linked to male dominance, and represented a symbolic penis. If Bernays could associate cigarettes with challenging male power, he could get women to smoke (for then they would have their own penises).

Bernays convinced a group of rich debutantes to all light up in public during the New York Thanksgiving Parade. Bernays had also tipped off the press, by claiming that a bunch of radical suffragettes were going to smoke in public. This caused a sensation and the press was on hand to capture the scene and trumpet it around the country.

Bernays coined the term ‘torches of freedom’ to describe the cigarettes, linking them with the sufferance movement’s aim of equality. This in turn linked smoking with female strength and independence, and tobacco sales to women exploded during the 1920s.

Bernays realized that the way to sell products was not to appeal to reason (as many advertisements only emphasized a products utility, durability and cost), rather one ought to sell them at an irrational, emotional and personal level.

With the emergence of mass production in America, US corporations began to fear the issue of overproduction. Corporations realized that they needed Americans to shift from a needs based, practical view of products to an emotional, desire based conceptualization:

“We must shift America from a needs to a desires culture, people must be trained to desire, to want new things even before the old has been entirely consumed…we must shape a new mentality in America, Man’s desires must overshadow his needs” – Paul Mazer (Lehman Brothers) 1930.

Prior to such thinking there was no ‘American consumer’. During the 1920s, American banks helped fund chains of department stores across the country, as outlets for these new mass-produced goods.

Bernays created many of the now common place advertising tools, such as organized fashion shows in department stores.

Bernays worked together with William Randolph Hearst, owner of Cosmopolitan and many other magazines/newspapers, to cross-promote various products of Bernays’ other clients.

Bernays also developed the idea of celebrity endorsements, linking products to beauty, wealth and glamour of the stars such as Clara Bow. He also paid celebrities to wear and use the products of his customers, and invented the process of product placement in films. (source)

The Destruction of the U.S. is PLAYING Itself Out RIGHT NOW …& You’re Playing the GAME!!!!

November 27, 2014 By Sheep Media

The United States is a nation in its death throes, on the path to total collapse, and the below video will explain why!!!

There are 3 pillars of POWER that ALL governments depend on:

1: The control of ideas and belief

2: The control of money and finance

3: The monopoly on violence

And it is these BELIEFS and then the REACTIONS of the Larger populous that gives the legitimacy of government to which then renders the people completely POWERLESS in the end.

Americans ….why is the truth so painful, and then when confronted with information that is in conflict with your “staged reality”, you completely shut down?

Americans ….where did your BELIEF SYSTEMS come from?

Have you ever questioned or challenged these BELIEF SYSTEMS?

If you’re being honest with yourself, you will answer the question verses dismissing it!!!

Dollar Store Toy Wand Has Hidden Picture of Demonic Child Cutting Herself With a Kitchen Knife

CHRISTOPHER HOOTON

A mother in Dayton, Ohio was shocked this week when she purchased a toy wand for her child at a dollar store only to find it ran not on unicorn hair but a picture of a child slicing her arm open.

In fairness to the dollar store (literally called ‘$.100 store’) the product was named ‘EVIL STICK’, though the pink lettering, fairies, swirls and snowflakes  on the packaging ensured it would catch the eye of toddlers.

The fact that the wand emits a cackling laugh when activated is probably permissible, the horrific hidden image less so.

“It’s a picture of a girl slitting her wrists. I’m outraged over it,” mother Nicole Allen, who bought the toy for her two-year-old daughter, told WHIO.

“I want to know how they think that that is suitable for a child. There was barbie dolls on one side and baby toys on the other side, and these were right in the middle.”

The store’s owner, Amar Moustafa, said it was up to parents to properly read the toy’s label.
